Your information is held for only as long as is absolutely necessary. If you want to be kept up to date on new deliveries or items that are back in stock we’ll let you know. If you don’t then we won’t.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We only collect the information that is provided by you on registration,  along with information we learn from you about your use of our Services, your visits to our Websites, and other websites accessible from them. We only collect data that is necessary and relevant to operate our business, provide you with the service that you have requested, and to update you with the latest news and launches from Cizara 

NOTE: Please note that we do not collect any special categories of personal data about you.

Information provided by you:

◉ At the time of registration and/or purchase from our Website, you provide personal data such as your first name and last name; mobile number and other contact details; email address; and your delivery and billing address. Upon registration, you may receive communication us in the form of newsletters and updates, which you can opt out of any time.

◉ Even when transact as a guest we collect identifiable information (such as name, email address, billing address, delivery address, pin code, mobile number etc.).During a transaction, we may also collect data about your personal preferences and interests and your opinion on services, products, features on our websites.

◉ You also have the option of filling out surveys/questionnaires/feedback forms/participating in contests or promotions, or contacting us, and we will be storing your preferences and responses in such cases.

Information that we receive from third parties:


We store the records of your contact history (if any) with us, via third parties such as Shopify. This is so you receive the best possible customer service.

Kindly, note that we do not collect your Payment Card details (i.e. credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc.). When you make a purchase using your card, you are automatically redirected to the acquiring bank payment gateway website, where all required transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted to your card issuer for obtaining an authorization decision. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter do we have access to, or store, your complete card account information.

The collection and processing by the Payment Provider of your credit or debit card details and other personal data are governed by its terms and conditions. The Payment Provider provides us with information regarding the credits and debits made to your card in order to enable us to reconcile our accounts.

3. HOW AND WHY WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR INFORMATION

We collect and store information provided by you from time to time to ensure that cater to your interests, with features and products that most likely to meet your need, and:

Where we are required to provide you with a service – For instance, we will share your personal information with our third party delivery partners in order to fulfil your order or we will share certain essential information with agents and Alliance partners which is required by them to confirm the deliveries, send notices and offer services related to the service.

Social Media is a significant part for our marketing activity. We use social media to advertise our products, to connect with our fans and to drive brand awareness. You can interact by tagging us in your personal photos, liking our content, following us, or sending us private messages. We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you have your Cizara account, or for as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you, or in the case of any contact you may have with our Customer Care team, for as long as is necessary to provide this necessary support. We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.

If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Your rights regarding your personal data are as follows. You have the right:

We will disable access to your account within five working days of receiving your mail. However, your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or termination of your account.
